InfoSonics Verykool S470 Offers 1.2 GHz Quad Core CPU

InfoSonics today announced the launch of its new verykool s470 Smartphone, its most powerful smartphone to date. The S470, nicknamed Black Pearl, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor and the Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system, is now the most powerful smartphone in verykool's current lineup.

The Company noted the following additional details of the s470:

• Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, Modem Tethering, Bluetooth, GPS and USB port
• SMS and MMS messaging plus push e-mail, IM and SNS
• Built-in FM radio, audio/video player and recorder
• 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery
• Speakerphone, proximity/light/gravity sensors, and 3.5mm audio jack with stereo headset included

The verykool s470 is available now and comes in two versions: a single SIM version for operator customers and a dual SIM (unlocked) version for the open market. Its suggested retail price is $229 (U.S.).
